8月1日晚间，科信技术（300565）发布公告，称公司董事会同意将“储能锂电池系统研发及产业化项目”中未使用的3.66亿元募集资金，变更用于“数据中心绿色低碳技术改造项目”，此议案尚需股东大会审议。

“储能锂电池系统研发及产业化项目”原计划通过购置设备，扩大储能锂电池系统产能，开展新材料等研究，为储能业务布局提供动力。项目建成后，将新增2GWh电芯和系统组装等产能。投资总额54,000.34万元，建设期24个月，拟用募集资金44,017.71万元，调整后为36,134.15万元，实施主体为子公司，预计2026年1月8日达预定可使用状态。

截至2025年7月31日，该项目暂未使用募集资金，余额36,586.54万元（含利息及现金管理收入）。科信技术表示..
