If Gupta was just following instructions as he claimed, why didn’t Bhatia testify? And if no employee of Trafigura was involved in the fraud as the company said, how could Gupta be so certain that Bhatia and Economou knew about the non – LME nickel? Is there more to this case than what’s presented?
