7月29日，全国多个地区钢厂对废钢价格进行了调整，涉及东北地区、华北地区、华中地区、华东地区、华南地区、西南地区以及西北地区。

东北地区，多家钢厂调价。7月29日零时起，黑龙江哈尔滨阿城建龙废钢接货价有变动，钢筋切头暂停收购，优质重废2310元，其他重废及中型料等也有相应价格。同日，吉林长春铁塔路废钢调价，多种废钢类型价格明确。吉林白城钢厂废钢跌30，辽宁鞍钢实业废钢公司、鞍山宝得等钢厂也对废钢价格做出调整，部分价格有跌有降。

华北地区，山西多家钢厂行动。7月29日起，吕梁建龙、建龙钢厂、中钢（金烨）等废钢价格下跌，涉及剪切料、冲压料、重废等多种料型。山西钛泽建再生、首钢长治、宏达钢铁、安泰等也纷纷调价。河北邯郸永洋、天津东丽天钢、天钢联合等钢厂同样对废钢价格进行了调整，有下调也有部分料型停收情况。

华中地区，7月29日起，湖南湘钢郭建武公司、河南舞阳钢铁、安阳亚新，湖北大冶华鑫、焜烨冶金、嘉鱼顺乐等多家钢厂废钢价格下跌，各钢厂不同料型价格变动不一。
